bluetooth speaker won't work when an airplay option is available?

setup is: iPhone5 iOS 6.0.1

using remote to play itunes library on macbook

(if you use pandora or the music app on iPhone it will work with the bluetooth speaker)

but not playing itunes library with remote app and that itunes library

when I select the "bluetooh" or "iPhone" from the app switcher audo playback options (swipe to the left twice)

it just kept playing on the macbook
