"Boot Camp Assistant closed unexpectedly"

I have a 1 day old Mac Mini 10.8.2 I am trying to install Windows 7 on.

Each time I partition the drive in Bootcamp I get "Bootcamp Assistant closed unexpectedly"

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
