How do I sync music on my ipod so it's also on my iphone?

I'm only looking to accessmy personal music, ripped from my CDs, NOT music purchased through iTunes, etc. (heaven forbid! ;-)

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.0.2

Music ripped from cds came from your computer in the first place, so it should still be on your computer and therefore should be backed up with your regular backup of your computer.

Just sync it to the iphone from your computer.
