Game Center won`t load

I am on a vacation in Japan and I`m having trouble loging my Game Center. I have wireless wifi, but I still can`t get in. When I open Clash of Clans after a minute Game Center pops up wanting me to log in. When I have all the right info in and click `Sign in` it takes forever to log in. So instead I click cancel and nothing happens it just stays in the same screen. Everytime I open Clash of Clans, Game Center opens and none of my updates on my village save, because I can`t log in or click cancel. So I then tried to just go to the Game Center app itself and when I click on it just stays on the loading screen the whole time. So I can`t do anything! I have an iPod touch 4th generation with iOS 6. Please help as soon as possible!

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

iOS: How to back up

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

Well I tried all of that except the restoring the iPod and nothing worked. Is it possible that it`s because I`m in a different country. I can`t access my own computer so I can`t really connect to a computer. Please can I have some more solutions that dont have to do with the computer.

I have access to a computer and I have wifi on my Ipod but nothing works (I haven't tried the factory settings thing though). Are there any other solutions?

i also have this prob on my iPhone 3GS. I tried to reset the settings but it didnt work....what should I do?

i tried but it keeps freezing and when the battery goes down then it starts normal ike it was before

If you successfully restored (went through all steps without error) to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.

If you could not sucessfulyy restore and have some problem when restoring on another computer that also indicates a hardware problem.
