Time capsule USB Port

I am using a Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300i scanner for digitalize documents. It works trough USB Port of my MacBook Air. Also I use a Time Capsule for backing up all the information of my Mac. My question: Can I connect my scanner to the Time Capsule USB Port? (Instead of a USB Printer or another external hard drive?).
