forgot my admin password on my Mac
how to change my password for admin account, i forgot my password and i cant install new flash and anything because i forgot my password for admin account on my Mac OS X vesion 10.6.8 , thank you

Insert your OS X installation disc and reboot with the C key held down to boot to this disc. When the OS X installer loads, choose your language and then choose "Reset Password" from the Utilities menu. In here select your boot disk, then select your account and choose the option to reset your password for the account. Once done then you should be able to log in as that account.
