How can I get credit back from an in Ap purchase, when my daughter couldn't clear the "buy or cancel" screen?

My daughter bought one lot of gems from College Girl and when she went back into the game it kept asking her to confrm her purchase, she couldn't do anything else with the ipad until she cleared this message. This has resulted in her being billed 5 times! How do I get her credit back?
