where do I find drivers to support printing from my iPad to a Brother DCP J140W printer?

iPad 2, iOS 6.0.1

There aren't any. The Brother DCP J140W does not support Airprint.

There are no drivers to download for printers. The printer must be AirPrint compatible out of the box. You cannot make it AirPrint compatible. If your printer does not work with AirPrint, you need a third party printing app or you can use your computer as a printe server with apps like Printopia on a Mac or Print Magic on a PC.
