iTunes stops working when playing video

My iTunes stops working the moment I want to watch videos I added to the films list. I have the latest version 11.0.1.12.

It crashes and I have to close the program every time.

Any ideas of what is going on?

iPod classic 160GB (Late 2009), Windows 7
