removing imei to provider

hi

Is there a link that we can check imei of an apple iphone if what carrier belonging

or a link that i can remove imei on the whitelist on the carrier so we can use in other carrier..

Apple Customer support may be able to tell you which carrier the device is locked to, if it is carrier locked.

If it is, then you can contact that carrier and find out their requirements for getting the device unlocked and if you meet those requirements.
