Q: Network

For some reason the verizon logo keeps disappearing as well as the LTE then the signal bars drop down to 1 bar then everything comes back has happened like 6 times this week

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.2

    Probably a network problem. Contact Verizon.

    Also this has only happened like 3 times the last two weeks after a call i go to hit end and the screen is frozen the home button won't do anything it's just stuck on the ended call the home button will only take a pic by holding the power button in so I know it's not the button it's self , the phone will allow me to scorn down notification pane and I can go into other apps ie. fb if someone sent me a message but then I cannot get out of there to go home since the home button will not work until I hold down the power button and slide to power off .

    Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

    If the problem continues, contact the carrier.
