CAN ANYONE HELP ME HERE,MY MAC IS SLOW AS SNAIL, IT TAKES AGES TO BOOT UP AND ITS ALWAYS FREEZING. WHATS WRONG WITH IT AND HOW CAN I DELETE THE MEMORY OR HARD DRIVE. I HAVE EMPTIED MOST OF UNWANTED STUFF BUT STILL.

    First, for today's online etiquette lesson, it's considered SHOUTING to type everything in capital letters.

    Does your MacBook have 2GB or 4GB+ of memory? While 2GB is the OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion minimum, 4GB is recommended.  Some have found unsatisfactory performance with 2GB.
