How do I get all of my iTunes content on new PC?

I just added got a PC and downloaded iTunes and logged in w/ my iTunes user/pass. I assummed that iTunes would download all of my purchases so far onto that computer; however, nothing has downloaded. Does anyone know how I can get all of my past downloads, for example, TV shows I've purchased and movies, onto iTunes on my new PC?
