If you are not logging onto a Server at startup, go to: Apple > System Preferences > Users & Groups > select Login Items > remove Login Server from the List of Items.

If you are trying to log into a Server at Startup, then you need to setup the proper security settings.

This issue has nothing to do with your login items.

"Insecure Startup Items folder" message appears after logging in
