Q: I have 4G IPhones, IPad, 3 Apple TV's, Airport etc...I pay $75 a month to Comcast for Internet access at 12 mps. Can I get rid of Comcast and use my devices as a hot spot or buy a hot spot device and get rid of Comcast. If so can I get a similar speed

    You can get similar or better speeds if you have LTE coverage in your neighborhood. If you have an iPhone 5 use one of the speed apps and check your speed. Then check with whatever cell provider you want to use and see what plans are available to you and at what cost.

     

    But check to see how much data per month (in GBs) you are using with Comcast before you try this.
