Can't pair my iPad 2 with iTunes 11 (Remote isn't Working)

Hello Guys,

I have an iPad 2 and just bought an Apple TV and i want to use Home Sharing between them. But my Remote App (iPad 2) and iTunes 11 (PC / 64-bit Windows 7) don't let me do it.

* All the devices are connected in the same Wi-Fi network
* All the devices' Home Sharing feature is open

When i'm opening Remote app and following the "Settings > Add an iTunes Library" path, a four-digit code appears. But in my iTunes, there isn't any place for entering this code. I tried everything. But nothing worked. Apple Support page says that "You must also have the iTunes preference "Look for iPod touch, iPhone and iPad Remotes" enabled" but in my iTunes, it only says "iTunes is not paired with any Remotes" and "Forget All Remotes" button is inactive.

Some othe persons have this trouble too. For example: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3227453?start=0&tstart=0 and https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4130459?start=0&tstart=0 but these discussions didn't help me either.

What should i do? I really want to solve this problem. Really. I'm going to mad about that. I'm doing everything on proper, but i can't receive complete service. It is really bothering me.

Please help.
