The bluetooth keyboard is not connecting.
The computer realizes it is there but when I try to connect it it doesn't work

Turn off the keyboard. Restart the computer. Once it is up, turn on the keyboard and see if it will connect.

I just tried that but it says that it has failed to connect, any ideas?
Make sure you have new batteries in the keyboard. Also see
