Hi all, I rented a 2 hr movie about an hour ago. The downloading meter is still at 0%

Hi all,

I rented a 2 hr movie about an hour ago. The downloading meter stating how much of the file has downloaded has not budged from 0% since I purchased it. I have 5/5 bars of internet and I am on a 65.0 Mbps. I have no clue what is going on.
