How do I turn VOICE OVER off? Phone seems to be stuck and once im in Settings then General it wont let me scroll down to accessibilty!! Im stuck!

Then to make sure THAT does not happen again go down to (in accessibility options) press triple-click and select what you want in THERE

Turn VoiceOver on or off: Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver. You can also set Triple-click Home to turn VoiceOver on or off.
