From Where to Buy RAM for my Macbook Pro....?

Hi Everyone, I have 13" macbook pro that I bought it on April-2011. I am planning to upgrade my ram, but I don't no which one to buy? and what is maximum RAM I can upgrade.


My MacBook Pro Info: 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7, 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

Last I checked I could buy 16 GB for my MBP Feb 2011 for $85 at Crucial.

Steve359, greetings; That clearly means that you are one of the top 2%, not like a schelpper such as me.


I remember that a 1GB RAM chip cost $150 for the 2006 core duo MBP. The two 8 GB RAM chips for the late 2011 refurbished MBP that I got about 5 weeks ago cost $82. I certainly do remember when those 8 GB chips first came out. The price just stunned me.


Now when will SSD prices drop into realm of the average working mans price range.
