My screen is stuck on not enough storage in icloud how do i unlock it

All I can say is your a life saver! Thanks so much for the post. I had no idea how to reset the ipad and mine was doing the exact same thing. I can now use it again!!!!!!

I have done this reset trick a few times but why does it get stuck in the first place. Apple just wants me to buy more space on the cloud? This is extremely annoying! Fix it Apple...

Reset it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release.
