This doesn't work for me. What do I do?

I can not use my photo stream on my apple tv. There is a message that says "Unable to sign in. The icloud terms of service have changed. Vistit the apple support page for help." This doesn't work and I have read other support collums and I do not know how to fix it. Please help Thanks
