Error 39? Does anyone know how to fix this?

I got my iPhone on thursday and I have been trying to install it on iTunes since.

Everytime I complete the last step, which would take me to itunes by now, an error occurs known as CODE 39.

I went to my registry and deleted upperfiles, I don't have lowerfiles, and nothing happens.

I already restarted this PC several times, and to no avail no progress.

Can anyone help me out here?
My iPhone won't even charge up to 100 anymore because I have been plugging it in my PC for several days.

It's already weakening.

The problem is with iTunes on your computer, not the phone. I dont know why you messed with your registry. You mave have done damage you can not reverse. Follow http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694#error37 and http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923
