help! itunes 11.0 won't download on my computer

i have a 32 bit windows vista laptop, and i was having trouble with updating itunes...when i finally got it to work and im connected my itouch it said i needed the newer version of apple moblie device support. uninstall and reinstall itunes...now since i did that, itunes will not download...it says errors occurred during installation. your system has not been modified....can someone helpp mee pleassee?!?!

no it didnt work...at first it kept saying the newest version of bonjour is already installed on your computer...so i deleted it, tried reinstalling the itunes, then the icon popped up on my desktop but wouldnt open, saying itunes cannot open library because it was from a newer version of itunes...idk i just think my computer is hopeless...thanks for trying to help..i appreciate it
