My iPad was stolen and I can not find how to track it.

Question

My iPad was stolen and I can not find how to track it. Please help?

I am not on iCloud but used to be able to find although I never subscribed to any service just set "find me" feature on iPad.

Reporting it to the police is just about your only alternative at this point.
