Software updates shows nothing but i need updates

Hi, I recently did a clean install of Mountain Lion as there was major issues. However, I was having alot of trouble installing my software updates mainly for iLife 11, and it would download everything and I would get "An error occurred while installing the updates.(103)"

So I restarted, did permissions, all that jazz. Now when I go to software update it flashs a 1 quickly in the updates tab while its loading but then says no updates. i ran sudo softwareupdate -l in terminal and it shoudl what I needed. Any thoughts on why this woudl be happening and what I should do. I am running 10.8.2. Thanks
