No ring or vibrate what to do?

Desperate without ringer Side switch in proper place, tried reset, no vibrate also after I tried to set vibrate options ! Can anyone help me please....

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1, I tried side switch, reset and all

Do you have "Do Not Disturb" on?

Check Settings > Do Not Disturb

Thanks sberman Do not disturb is off .. Trying everything but no ring .. I hv switched on flash light alert and hope it will work .. Hearing ring in blue tooth though but not on phone ..
