how to take music off phone

i have music on my phone that i have no clue how it got on there, let alone me knowing the songs. I have been on itunes trying everything in my power to take the songs off. I have restored my phone hoping that would help-it didnt. I have tried deleting all music off my itunes library before syncing my phone to my computer, still did not work. i have no clue what to do. Help??
