Weird security questions?

Everytime I try to download something it tells me that they need to ask me additional security questions to make sure my apple ID is safe, also it tells me this because it says this is my first time making a purchase on my device when I've had it or months. I made this account years ago and I don't remember the answers to the questions so I came to the community for help.
