Upgrade to new iPad & one app (meta dj) is not available in my list of purchased apps or "not on this iPad" list?

One of my best apps. Where has it gone?

Was it purchased using the very same Apple ID and password that is used on your new iPad?

Same ID as previous tablet (iPad 2) .

It is available in App Store for iPad 4 but looks more expensive now. I think I paid $5 something for it.
