Change security questions

If you can't reset them yourself : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions

thencontact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) to get them reset : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

Can you help me change my security questions because I've forgotten it and I should of written it down and put it in a safe place.

It's saying I guessed my security password so many times but now that I've figured the passwords out of the security questions it won't let me reset my security questions!!
