Q: How do I resolve a sync server conflict

Using: IPad or IPhone 5, latest ITunes, Windows XP Pro, Outlook 2007

Since I upgraded to IOS 6 - I cannot get rid of 89 sync conflicts no matter what I do.

 

Any ideas?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.2, Same problem with IPad as well
