passcode

Santa gave my child an iPod Touch, she blocked the iPod with a password and doesn't remebers know.

The iPod is blocked and keeps asking for the passcode every 60 minutes when you turn it on, it keeps going forever. It is like it doesn't have a limit until it goes to device is dissable.

In need to restore the device, it was never sincronized to anything and my child didn't have an apple id.

Thanks,

Bruno

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
