afetr os change facetime won't work
"could not sign in, please check your network connection and try again" it was working fine before updating os

Close FaceTime completely, turn the app off and sign out. Restart the iPad, turn the app on again and then sign in again.
Go to Settings>FaceTime>Apple ID. Tap the ID and sign out. Turn off FaceTime.
From a home screen, double tap the home button and then hold down on the FaceTime app in the recents tray until it wiggles, and tap the red minus sign to close the app. Tap the home button.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider bar appears and slide to shut off. Hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears to restart.
Go to Settings>FaceTime>On. Sign in again. See if that works.
