What model iPod do you have? On the 4G and 5G can import HD videos.

Jan 1, 2013 2:10 PM in response to jkeefe_32by TSnider,I have the same problem. Purchased iTunes digital copy of "Ted" and "Bourne Legacy", downloaded to iTunes, and neither will copy to 1st Generation IPad. I have had nothing but problems with latest iTunes version.

Jan 6, 2013 4:01 PM in response to jkeefe_32by consistentC,I had the same problem. I found if it was in HD it would transfer to my 2nd generation ipad but not my 2nd generation ipod touch. One thing I did find though was that if I went into purchases under itunes on my ipod I could download the movie but because my ipod didn't support HD I couldn't watch the movie. It may have worked if it was in SD instead of HD.
