Document Location

Is there a way, when I print out a document, to have the document also print where it is located on the computer (Folder, file etc.) similiar to the way I can have the current date the document is printed show up? This would be handy if I wanted to make changes to the document. Of course, I can always put this information in by hand, but was wondering if it could be cone automatically for all documents I printed.
