Trouble reseting my iPad

I have three iPads. Two were successfully updated and synked using my iMac. When I did this, I also had them set BACK to their original settings (Like a NEW iPad) No old pictures, videos, or aps reenstalled. On the third iPad, it updated the software but did NOT reset it back to the original settings. How do I do this?

iPad 2, iOS 6.0.1
