Q: Can government organizations have an iTunes account?

A government agency would like to make an audio book available to the public.  Does anyone know if iTunes allows users other than schools & universities to utilize the platform in this way?

If anyone knows—or knows who I could contact to ask— Thanks very much for any assistance.

iTunes U is only available to K-12 and HED institutions. Even if it were available to other organizations, it would probably be overkill for a single audiobook, unless there is a lot of associated material the agency also wants to provide. If not, I'd suggest the agency just create the audiobook in a platform-independent format (MP3, usually) and post it on their web site.
