Do you mean you want to use your phone as a hotspot to tether your laptop for Internet access? If your laptop has Internet access you just go to Netflix.com. What exactly do you want to do? Also, you have a very odd post note. You may want to look at other posts before you try again to see how this forum works.
Yeah, i don't know what I'm doing in this thing...here's what I'm trying to figure out: we have a laptop without internet access and want to be able to plug our phone into the laptap so we can watch netflix from the phone on the laptop screen so our 4 yr old twins can watch on a bigger screen...does that make sense? we plug the phone in and nothing happens. is there some "driver" we need for the laptop or something like that? we don't have the phone set up as a hotspot at the moment; I know that would work too...seems like there's a way to plug the phone into the computer similar to the way you could hook your computer up to a tv? thanks for responding

You need to set up tethering (hotspot) of your iPhone to do what you want to do. Contact your cell provider to activate it on your account then set it up on your iPhone. After that you can use WiFi on your laptop to connect to the hotspot, then go to www.netflix.com.
Just remember this will use up a lot of your data plan.
