Music Issues

I have several folders of music on my computer that I would like to clean up and add them to my itunes. I have not found any easy way to do this except for open each fold and then sub folder and then click on the mp3 file to add it to my itunes. IS there an easy way of doing this?

Second, I can not find my folder that itunes draws from that has all my music, Can some one help me?
