Can I download iHeart Radio onto my iMac?

I have iHeart Radio on my iphone, can I get the app on my desktop (iMac) running Mountain Lion?

iMac Desktop, Mac OS X (10.5.5)

Yes you can, but it is only on line in the USA. I don't think there is an app for it.
