Add subtitules

I am watching. a movie I just rented via ITunes using an Apple TV 3rd gen, but does not let me use the subtitles is just in English, according to the

Movie, Brave, does have subtitles, how do I change it or add it, in the settings is setup to have it and even additional cc is activated, any feedback is welcome
