Ipod HP crapped out!... i think

im trying to sell my HP ipod and i wanted to clear all the music and everything else off my ipod. being stupid, i went to my computer>>>my ipod's folder>>> and selected everything inside that folder then deleted it all.. now my ipod wont show up when i plug it in to my comp and i cant ever turn the darn thing on.. anyone know what i should do?? need some help here. thanks

HP, not Apple, is responsible for the support of the HPiPod.

Hello,

The key is put the songs back to your computer. Can you try to find another Mac compuer, if your iPod get recognized then download and install a 3rd party software, Senuti, and use it to copy the music from your iPod to the computer. If you can reach this stage, then we can have a look of how to transfer the music back to your Mac

In appearance and functionality, nothing.

Apple granted a license to HP to manufacture an iPod with their name on it. So, HP are responsible for service and support of these branded iPods, not Apple.
