my apple tv is frozen and wont reset. what should i do?

My apple TV is frozen and wont reset. I've tried unplugging it for 30 seconds and holing down the menu button and the down button at the same time for 6 seconds until the LED light flashes, and neithe3r of them works. is there anything else I can try?
