Opt-Out Was Not Successful This device is not an iOS device. iAd Network advertising appears only on mobile devices running iOS 4 or later?????

I got the below message on Safari, but my phone is iPhone 5 and very new. Can you let me know what is the problem? I live in Seoul, South Korea.
