I notice you cam from the parental restrictions article, have your parents restricted your access to in-app purchases?
Yep they haven't got back to me this time, I had this issue the other day. They haven't told me what the issue was then either..... As for parental control no parental control is used I just saw a similar post without a reply so I trying my luck everywhere. Any suggestions? Is this happening to many people?
You will just have to wait for them to get back to you. Most likely it is an issue with the account you have linked to your iTunes account.
