just bought a new movie

So i just bought a new movie at itunes but did not auto download so i tried playing it cause every time i or some people buy movie at itunes it auto play when i tried playing it itune crashed i re-open it and tried to redownload the movie but it say theres something wrong with the download unknown error occured (-50).
