my purchases are not on my ipod?

I'm having the same problem. It won't let me sync my new music to my ipod.

Im having the same issue - i have performed a sync until Im blue - the pod doesnt get updated from itunes. Itunes was wiped from my computer for my IT guy to install windows 7 and ever since I reinstalled after that its not syncing up to my pod.

All of the songs synced to my ipod except 3. what do I do to sync the others they are in my library paid for and nothing. can I contact someone at apple as oppose to the community board, I don't have time to check this thing daily. I want my music or my money back period. Thanks for any help ot suggestions you may have.
