Projection Issue for Mac Air

Hi,

My Mac Air is running both the Mac OS and MS OS resprectively. Under the MS XP mode, when my computer is connected to a TV monitor using the VGA interface, it cannot project the image at the TV monitor. However, if it is connected through a projector, it is working fine. Has anyone encountered the same problem and any recommendations?
