Logic notation with Roland GR-55 synth

Does anyone out there interface Logic pro's notation software with a guitar MIDI controller? If so, how does it perform?

Is there a killer notation software that works best with guitar controllers?

Hi

Logic should do OK, but you may need to delete the occasional short 'glitch' notes.
